Daniel Spaeth is the Chambers Clerk at William Light Chambers, a barrister’s chambers working primarily in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia.

We sat down with Daniel recently and asked him to reflect on the working relationship with IRIS IT. This is what he had to say:

“We previously used a larger IT support company but felt we weren’t getting the personalised service that we needed. Response times were not as quick as we needed them to be, which is why we made the move to IRIS IT. Since then we feel like we are getting the exceptional service we need. We are always looking for efficiencies in the running of our business, particularly ways in which we can make working in a stressful environment even easier. Our use of IT systems and resources plays a big part in this as we slowly expand our business into the future. 

In my personal time, I enjoy cooking (and making a mess), watching movies, reading books and spending time with my dogs, friends, and family. I can relax and switch off knowing that IRIS IT have our IT systems under control.”
